BELWOODS 301
The AIA Award winning project, Belwoods 301 is a modern nod to the 100 year old former general store located in downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. The design is a historical revival, wherein the integrity of the original urban-masonry is complemented by a North Idaho contemporary addition. The renovation features raw and rich materials that interact with the grittiness of the old, with exposed brick, large beams, and windows showcasing an original mural. A pinnacle of renovation and adaptive reuse, the Belwoods 301 building serves the community with its open spaces and multi-functional design.
